FACILITIES: 12 professional tables 9ft with Iwan Simonis 860 cloth and Aramith Tournament Pro Cup balls.Finals will take place on the competition table 9ft Dynamic III. Transmission online will be provided by ATD Dynamic Sport TV - YouTube

SCHEDULE:
Friday - 12 August 2016
- 12:00 - Arrival and accomodation of the participants at the event.
- 14:00-20:00 - Free training offer by King's Club
- 18:00 - Friendly competition between teams participating countries.
Saturday - 13 August 2016 - Round 1
- 9:00-9:30 - Meeting with athletes and accreditation.
- 10:00 - The opening ceremony and the start of the matches
- 17:00 - Cocktail and appetizers at King's Club for all participants from by ATD DYNAMIC BILLIARD ROMANIA
Sunday - 14 August 2016 - Round 2
- 9:00 - Start Match.
- 17:00 - Final, official closing ceremony and competition.
TOURNAMENT:
- 9-ball;
- 1st Stage double elimination (2KO) race to 7;
- The best 16-32 players will qualify to the next round.
- 2nd Stage last 16 or 32 single elimination (depending on the number of participants), race to 7-9.
The tournament is open for all athletes.

DRESS CODE: Polo shirt, one color trouses (no jeans and sport trouses allowed), shoes (no sneakers and sportshoes allowed)
ENTRY FEE: for men athletes is 50€/220 lei, and women and pupil athletes 30€/130 lei. The participants will pay the entry fee during registration.
PRIZE MONEY NET:
- 1st place 1000€ / 4400 lei;
- 2nd place 600€ / 2640 lei;
- 3rd-4th place 400€ / 1760 lei (x2);
- 5th-8-th place 150€ / 660 lei (x4);
- Best women 100€ / 440 lei (if at least 5 participants registered);
- Best junior 100€ / 440 lei (if at least 5 participants registered).
SECOND CHANCE - ATD CUP 10-Ball OPEN
(Premiere League and Amator League)
The tournament is open and free for players who finished participation in Dynamic Best of the East - Romania 9-Ball
SCHEDULE: Sunday - 14 August 2016 - 9:30-10:00 - registration; - 10:30 - start matches; - 16:00 - final;
PREMIER LEAGUE
ENTRY FEE: 20€ - seniori, women and children.
PRIZE MONEY: 4 Participation Vouchers to DYNMIC BEST OF THE EAST (entry fee and acomodations - will be paid after the competition direct to the organizer of the Tournaments): 2 for seniors, 1 for women and 1 for a junior (if will be registered minimum 5 participants)
AMATOR LEAGUE
ENTRY FEE: 10€ - seniori, women and children.
PRIZE MONEY: 4 Travel Vouchers in Prahova Valley or in Bucharest City (acomodations for 3 nights and breakfast - date choice from present till end of the year): 2 for seniors, 1 for women and 1 for a junior (if will be registered minimum 5 participants)
