32 players were taking part in the tournament. Participants arrived to Riga from Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Latvia.

Aleksandras Isajenko won the competition. Three players from Lithuania became on the podium. Second place took Arvydas Spogis and third place Dmytro Olinyk. The last medalist was Victor Vinogradov from Latvia.
