Moscow Billiard Federation - the organizer of Kremlin Cup 9-Ball (30.10-3.11.2012) with prize pool 50.000 USD informed, that the winners of Dynamic Best of the East competitions in Ostrava, Bourgas nad Tallin will get place in the tournament in Moscow.

What is more the organizer will cover some part of the costs. " We assure that everyone will get flight ticket from his home country to Moscow at least" said Vitaly Mant.

If the same player wins two or three tournaments of Dynamic Best, the place on the Kremlin Cup's list and financial support will go to the second player of the next tournament.
