Zarząd EEBC podczas zebrania w dniu 25 listopada: przyjął projekt kalendarza sportowego na 2022 rok; zatwierdził umowę dotyczącą obsługi księgowej przez firmę Księguś; ustalił składkę partnera dla klubów piramidy; odwołał Dimitry Kashintseva z funkcji dyrektora EEBC ds. piramidy na Cyprze oraz zatwierdził projekt regulaminu turnieju "Mistrz Bilardowej Techniki".Uczczono pamięć zmarłego dyrektora Międzynarodowej Akademii Bilardowej Adriana Tabacaru. Uzgodniono, że turniej Dynamic Billard Best of the East w Rumunii będzie Memoriałem Adriana. 

The EEBC board at its meeting on November 25: adopted the sports calendar for 2022; approved the contract for accounting services by the Księguś company; established a partner's contribution for the pyramid clubs; recalled Dimitry Casinsev from the position of EEBC's Cyprus Pyramid Director and approved the draft rules of the "Master of Billiard Technique" tournament. Adrian Tabacaru, the late director of the International Billiard Academy, was commemorated. It has been agreed that the Dynamic Billard Best of the East tournament in Romania will be Adrian's Memorial.
