EEBC, Polish Billiard Association and Mak Marketing invite for 10th International Festival -Kielce 2025. 

Three events - 200 participants, new tables -Dynamic IV !

The Albanian Billiards and Snooker Federation has set up a billiards arena on the seaside boulevard in Vlore. This choice resulted in approximately 200 people watching the matches of the Golden Cup individual tournament and the EEBC Nation Cup pairs tournament each day. The competition was opened by EEBC president Marcin Krzemiński and ABSF president Edmond Loku. Competitors came from: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Kosovo and Albania.

Albańska Federacja Bilarda i Snookera ustawiła bilardową arenę na nadmorskim bulwarze we Vlore. Ten wybór spowodował, że ok. 200 osób każdego dnia obserwowało mecze indywidualnego turnieju Golden Cup i turnieju par EEBC Nation Cup. Zawody otwarli prezes EEBC Marcin Krzemiński i prezes ABSF Edmond Loku. Zawodnicy przyjechali z: Czech, Słowacji, Polski, Kosova i Albanii.

Golden Cup 

Ermal Dyli (Albania) won the Golden Cup - Vlore 2025, defeating Mariusz Skoneczny (POL) 7-4 in the final. The match was of a high standard, and the jump shot that paved the way for the Albanian to the gold medal was one of the most beautiful shots I've seen in my 30 years of billiards. Bronze medals were won by Milan Mrva of Slovakia and Edmond Zaja of Albania.

Mecz był na wysokim poziomie, a jump który otworzył Albańczykowi drogę do złotego medalu był jednym z najpiękniejszych uderzeń jakie widziałem w mojej 30-letniej przygodzie z bilardem. Brązowe medale wywalczyli: Milan Mrva ze Słowacji i Edmond Zaja z Albanii.

EEBC Nations Cup 

Polish team M. Skoneczny and P. Statkiewicz won the EEBC Nations Cup.  The host pair, Selaci and Dervisi, were runners-up. The second Albanian pair, Demaj and Daudi, and the Polish pair, Jerzy and Dominik Regieli, also reached the podium. 15 teams from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Kosovo and Albania participated.

Polski duet M.Skoneczny- P. Statkiewicz wygrał EEBC Nation Cup w albańskim Vlore. Wicemistrzami została para gospodarzy Selaci- Dervisi. Na podium weszła także druga para albańska -Demaj-Daudi i polska Jerzy i Dominik Regieli. Łącznie zagrało 15 ekip z Polski, Albanii, Kosova, Czech i Słowacji.

The fourth tournament of this year's Polish Grand Prix POL TOUR series ended with the success of Mieszko Fortuński, who defeated Wojciech Szewczyk 6:4 in the final.

Last weekend, the 22nd Gdańsk edition of the Polish Grand Prix Brześć Słomka Ptysiowa POL TOUR series took place. This competition has a long tradition dating back to 1998. This time, the confrontation of the country's top billiard players took place at the Green Club Gdańsk.

121 participants signed up for the June Grand Prix, including the country's top players. Once again, interest in the tournament exceeded the organizers' expectations. "I must admit that I did a lot of head-scratching to get as many people on the starting list as possible," admits Marcin Krzemiński, the organizer of the series.

During the official opening of the event, special thanks were given to Leszek Pieśniak, owner of the Green Club Gdańsk, for the joint organization of the competition.

T. Kakhidze from Georgia was awarded the "Friend of East European Billiard Council" Badge.  Temur is the president of the Ajarian Billiards Federation. In 2023-2025 he was the organizer of the international tournament Ajara Cup.

Temur Kakhidze z Gruzji został wyróżniony odznaką "Przyjaciel EEBC". To jedyne wyróżnienie przyznawane przez East European Billiard Council. Temur jest prezesem Ajarian Billiards Federation. W latach 2023-2025 był organizatorem międzynarodowego turnieju Ajara Cup w Batumi. 

Another tournament from the Dynamic Billard Best of the East series has become history. Last weekend, 88 athletes competed in the Georgian Ajara Cup 9-ball, which was organized there in cooperation with Mak Marketing and the East European Billiard Council. In the 3-day competition, the medalists were Poles and Slovaks.

Representatives from 10 countries signed up to participate in the tournament. Of course, the host team was the most numerous in Batumi, but it is worth noting that there was also a 13-person group from Azerbaijan and a 12-person team from Poland. In addition, Czechs, Turks, Belarusians, and Slovaks also showed up at the start. There was also a representative of China, Iran, and Northern Cyprus. 

The first two days were the group stage games. Participants in 22 groups played in a round robin system, and only the first two places were awarded with promotion to the knockout zone.

The play-off phase was held on Sunday. The semi-finals were decided between the Slovaks (Jakub Koniar – Köles Balazs) and the Poles (Dominik Jastrząb – Mariusz Skoneczny). Koniar beat Balazs 7:3, while Skoneczny won against Jastrząb 7:5. In the final stretch, Skoneczny beat Koniar 7:5 and he won all the main prizes, i.e. 1200 euros plus a Cuetec cue worth 750 euros.

Many tough matches we have in Batumi in international event Dynamic Billiard Best of the East - Ajara Cup 2025. 88 players from 10 countries compete for the sports title and money.

The third Dynamic Billard Best of the East tournament this year will take place in Batumi. For the first time in history, Best of the East will visit Georgia. The player list is full-  participants from 11 countries have signed up.  Szymon Kural won event in Oradea, Kristian Mrva in Prague. 

Trzeci w tym roku turniej serii Dynamic Billard Best of the East odbędzie się w Batumi. Pierwszy raz w historii Best of the East odwiedzi Gruzję. Lista startowa jest pełna, a udział zgłosili zawodnicy z 11 państw.  W tym roku w Oradei wygrał Szymon Kural (POL) , a w Pradze Kristian Mrva (SVK). 

Board meeting
The EEBC Board Meeting focused mainly on the financial analysis for 2024 and sports activities in 2025. The organization ended the year with a small financial profit, and revenues were approximately PLN 100,000 (EUR 25,000) higher than in 2023.

The Board members approved the financial report, balance sheet and profit and loss account for 2024. They positively assessed the course of the tournaments: Dynamic Billard Best of the East in Romania and Prague. They talked about preparations for the Dynamic Best competition in Batumi, EEBC Junior Cup in Bratislava, Pardubice Open and Golden Cue and EEBC Nation Cup in Albania.

They also discussed support for tournaments from the EEBC International Billiards Academy fund.

The date of the EEBC General Meetings was set – 18 June – summary of 2024 and 16 August – reporting and election for 2021-2025.

The new EEBC Sports Partner is the Azerbaijan Billiard Federation. New members are Krzysztof Waszak and Robert Kowalski.

Zebranie Zarządu EEBC dotyczyło głównie analizy finansowej za 2024 rok oraz działań sportowych w 2025 roku.  Organizacja zakończył rok niewielkim zyskiem finansowym, a przychody były o ok. 100.000 zł ( 25.000 euro) wyższe niż w roku 2023.

Członkowie Zarządu przyjęli sprawozdanie finansowe, bilans i rachunek zysków i strat za 2024 rok.  Pozytywnie ocenili przebieg turniejów: Dynamic Billard Best of the East w Rumunii i Pradze. Rozmawiali o przygotowaniach do zawodów Dynamic Best w Batumi, EEBC Junior Cup w Bratysławie, Pardubice Open oraz Golden Cue i EEBC Nation Cup w Albanii.

Rozmawiano także o wsparciu akcji z funduszu Międzynarodowej Akademii Bilardowej EEBC.

Ustalono termin Walnych Zgromadzeń EEBC – 18 czerwca – podsumowanie 2024 roku i 16 sierpnia – sprawozdawczo-wyborcze za lata 2021-2025.

Nowym Partnerem Sportowym EEBC została bilardowa federacja Azerbejdżanu, a członkami Krzysztof Waszak i Robert Kowalski.
