Big day in Czech Republic. They had been waiting for him since 2008. Petr Urban from the Maple club in Pardubice won the Dynamic Billard Best of the East tournament. He is the second Czech competitor in the history of the series to win the gold medal. The first one was Michał Gavenciak, who stood on the highest step of the podium in 2004, 2006 and 2008.

“I competed in the Dynamic Best series many times, but I couldn't win any tournament. I made it to the finals twice, but my opponents were better. Now it has been achieved," said Petr. Urban won against Dominik Jastrząb (POL) 7:2 in the final. Bronze medals were won by Szymon Duda (POL) and Krystian Piekarski (POL).

The first of them lost 1:7 to P. Urban in the semi-final, and the second one lost to D. Jastrzębie 0:7 in the shortest match of the competition. This fight lasted about 20 minutes.

The EEBC Board approved the sports plan for 2024. The calendar of events includes several billiard tournaments that will be held in several countries. The EEBC Championship will be held for the fourth time, and the 23rd season will begin the Dynamic Billard Best of the East tournament series. The players will also receive an offer to play in the Pardubice Open and tournaments in Georgia. There are EEBC championships and two EEBC Junior Cups waiting for juniors. In Poland, EEBC is also a co-organizer of the POL TOUR and Junior Tour series. There are 22 tournaments in total. According to the agreements, Eastern Europe will host billiard players from Africa (Afri-East Euro Cup) and Scandinavia (Eastern-Nordic Cup). There is a good chance that another intercontinental event will take place, but this will be decided in November. In the summer, Romania is scheduled to host the EEBC Summer Conference. There are no dates for pyramid events or training courses for coaches and players in the calendar yet. Zarząd EEBC zatwierdził plan sportowy na 2024 rok. W kalendarzu imprez znajduje się kilkanaście turniejów bilardowych, które rozegrane zostaną w kilku państwach. Po raz czwarty odbędą się mistrzostwa EEBC, a 23 sezon rozpocznie cykl turniejów Dynamic Billard Best of the East. Zawodnicy otrzymają także ofertę gry w Pardubice Open oraz turniejach w Gruzji. Na juniorów czekają mistrzostwa EEBC oraz dwa EEBC Junior Cup. W Polsce EEBC jest także współorganizatorem cyklów POL TOUR i Junior Tour. W sumie to 22 turnieje.

Zgodnie z umowami Europa Wschodnia będzie gościła bilardzistów z Afryki ( Afri-East Euro Cup) oraz Skandynawii ( Eastern-Nordic Cup). Jest duża szansa, że dojdzie do skutku jeszcze jedna międzykontynentalna impreza, ale to rozstrzygnie się w listopadzie. Latem Rumunia ma gościć Letnią Konferencję EEBC.

W kalendarzu nie ma jeszcze dat imprez w piramidę oraz kursów szkoleniowych dla trenerów i zawodników. Tutaj ustalenia potrwają do końca roku.

Training for billiard instructors took place in Trnava. The course participants were prepared to work with juniors. The instructor of the classes was the world champion in billiard tricks, Bogdan Wołkowski. The campaign as part of the International Billiard Academy was conducted by the Slovak Billiard Federation.

W Trnavie odbyło się szkolenie dla instruktorów bilardowych. Uczestnicy kursu byli przygotowywani do pracy z juniorami.

Prowadzącym zajęcia był mistrz świata w trikach bilardowych Bogdan Wołkowski. Akcję w ramach Międzynarodowej Akademii Bilardowej prowadził Słowacki Związek Bilardowy.

Players from Germany, Finland, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Latvia and Switzerland played in the last EEBC pyramid ranking tournament this year. 32 billiard players came to the Abricol club in Torrevieja. Due to the number of tables, it was impossible for more players to start.The winner has been Alexander Puchlenko, playing under the Finnish flag. In the final he defeated Ivan Telikin from Germany 4:3. Dimitri Barskih and Andrej Rusaczkov from Spain also reached the podium. Ranking leader Jalo Kotinurmi (FIN) had to settle for fifth place after losing 2-3 to Rusachkov. Thanks to everyone for participating and Alexander Albulov for preparing the event.

Zawodnicy z: Niemiec, Finlandii, Belgii, Polski, Hiszpanii, Łotwy i Szwajcarii zagrali w ostatnim w tym roku rankingowym turnieju EEBC w piramidę. Do klubu Abricol w Torrevieji przyjechało 32 bilardzistów. Ze względu na ilość stołów niemożliwy był start większej ilości graczy. Zwycięzcą został grający pod fińską flagą Alexander Puchlenko. W finale pokonał Ivanem Telikinem z Niemiec. Na podium weszli także: Dimitri Barskih i Andrej Rusaczkov z Hiszpanii. Tym razem lider rankingu Jalo Kotinurmi (FIN) musiał zadowolić się piątym miejscem, po przegraniu 2:3 z Rusaczkovem.

Milan Mrva received a "wild card" worth EUR 200 to start in the Euro-Tour competition in Slovenia. This additional prize is available to people who play the Dynamic Billard Best of the East series. Its sponsor is Dynamic Billard from Germany, and its administrator is Mak Marketing.

Cape Town is a lucky place for EEBC players. Team: Mariusz Skoneczny, Dominik Jastrzab, Petr Urban and Jaroslav Polach won the 2023 Afri East Euro Cup 4:2. Athletes from Africa were better in two pars matches but lost four single matches. In the first match of the second session, Elzet-Craig lost 1:4 to Dominik-Jaroslav and it looked like the EEBC players would win easily. However, this did not happen. The rivals led to 4:4 and in the next rack they scored "9" from a break.This defeat motivated the European players.

Petr Urban played a very good match. He defeated Marnitz 5:1.The fate of the match was decided in the Mariusz-Jamiel clash. The team captains were strongly supported by their partners. Two mistakes by Jamiel were enough for Mariusz to end the match with a score of 5:1. For the third time, the cup goes to Europe. Presidents Saths Reddy and Marcin Krzemiński presented medals and thanked the competitors and sponsors for the fantastic event. In 2024, Europe will be the host country and all athletes would love to meet again.

Kapsztad jest szczęśliwym miejscem dla graczy EEBC. Zespół: Mariusz Skoneczny, Dominik Jastrząb, Petr Urban i Jaroslav Polach zwyciężyli w Afri East Euro Cup 2023 4:2. Sportowcy z Afryki byli lepsi w dwóch meczach par, ale przegrali cztery pojedyncze starcia.W pierwszym meczu drugiej sesji para Elzet -Craig przegrywała 1:4 z D. Jastrzab-J. Polach i wyglądało że zawodnicy EEBC łatwo zwyciężą. Tak się jednak nie stało. Rywale doprowadzili do 4:4 i w kolejnej partii wbili "9" z rozbicia.Ta porażka bardzo zmotywowała ekipę z Europy. Bardzo dobry mecz zagrał Petr pokonujac Maritza 5:1.

Losy meczu decydowały się w starciu Mariusz-Jamiel. Kapitanowie drużyn silnie byli wspierani przez partnerów.Dwa błędy Jamiela wystarczyły Mariuszowi, aby zakończyć pojedynek wynikiem 5:1.

Po raz trzeci puchar jedzie do Europy. Prezesi Saths Reddy i Marcin Krzemiński wręczyli medale i podziękowali zawodnikom oraz sponsorom za fantastyczną imprezę.W 2024 roku gospodarzem będzie Europa i wszyscy sportowcy z wielką przyjemnością spotkaliby się ponownie. 

EEBC team leads after the first session 2:1. In the opening match, Mariusz Skoneczny - Petr Urban lost 1:5 to Jamiel Jacobs and Marnitz Hawkes. Individual matches were won by Dominik Jastrząb against Craig Bouwer 5:3 and Jaroslav Polach against Elzette Koen 5:2. Today there are three more games.

2023 Afri- East Euro Cup is coming ! Team of EEBC flies to Cape Town today. The team includes: Mariusz Skoneczny (POL), Petr Urban (CZE), Jaroslav Polach (SVK) and Dominik Jastrzab (POL). Flying with them are: the president of EEBC, Marcin Krzemiński, and the director of the International Billiards Academy, Krzysztof Waszak. In the African national team we will see: Craig Bouwer, Jamiel Jacobs, Martinz Hawkes and Elzette Koen. The All African Pool Association team will be led by president Saths Reddy. The Afri-East Euro Cup is held for the third time. In 2019, the teams met in Johannesburg (South Africa), and in 2022 in Kielce. So far, the EEBC team has won twice.

Mecz Afri-East Euro Cup nadchodzi. Zespół EEBC dzisiaj wylatuje do Republiki Południowej Afryki, by w Kapsztadzie zmierzyć się z gwiazdami Czarnego Lądu.

Spotkanie odbędzie się w dwóch turach. Pierwsza 29 września, a druga 30 września. W reprezentacji Afryki zobaczymy:

Drużynę All African Pool Association poprowadzi prezes Saths Reddy.

Afri -East Euro Cup odbywa się po raz trzeci. W 2019 roku zespoły spotkały sie w Johanesubrgu (RPA), a w 2022 w Kielcach. Dotychczas dwa razy wygrała ekipa EEBC.

Szymon Kural (POL) - 19-years old player from Cracov won the Dynamic Billard Best of the East - Romania 9-Ball. He beat Dominik Jastrzab (POL) 18-years old in the final 7:5. Third places went to Romanian players Ciprian Gindac and Cristian Surdea.  An interesting fact is that the Polish national team could not play in the tournament. Leaders from other countries had a chance to succeed. However, they were stopped by young Polish players.

Two days, 73 participants from: Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Poland and Czechia played on 11 Dynamic tables. " I'm very happy. It is great result - 4-times I won the Dynamic Best of the East event" - said Szymon. 

" Oradea is a good place for our tournament. We have strong and solid partners ( Levente Czirjak and Alexandru Balas), nice club and many good hotels for accommodation of the guest and players. After three Dynamic Best tournaments, there are 219 players in the general classification.

Polskim sukcesem zakończył się trzeci w tym sezonie turniej Dynamic Billard Best of the East. W Romania 9-Ball zwyciężył Szymon Kural, który w finale pokonał  Dominika Jastrzębia 7:5. Brązowe medale pozostały w Rumunii dla Cipriana Gindac i Cristian Surdea .
