Cristea Ovidiu from Bucharest became the winner of the Black Sea Cup tournament played on 31.08 - 01.09 in City Billiards Club in Constanca (Romania). In a final match he defeated Raul Maikan.
The Board of European Billiard Council gave the referee cetrification to three people from Bulgaria: Vladimir Popov, Rosita Apostolova and Angelina Angelova.
Ivan Kamenarski got trainer certification.
Thanks to A.T.D. Dynamic from Bucharest the players were able to participate in perfectly organized Romania 10 -Ball tournament on 24-25.08.2013. In a beautiful town Busteni placed in mountains the best were players from Poland. Mariusz Skoneeczny became the winner. In a final match he defeated Mieszko Fortuński 7:0. Dr Piotr Ostrowski and Michal Lichodziejewski got the bronze medals.
Darren Appleton (GB), Aditya Mehta (IND), Chien Yu Chou (TPE) and Marco Zanetti (ITA) became the gold medalists of billiard competition in Wolrd Games in Cali.
On the 26 July started the matches of World Games - the Olympiad of non-olympic sports. 64 players nominated by world federations are competing in billiard.
16 men and 16 women play pool and also 16 men play carom and snooker. The only representative of Eastern Europe is Natalia Seroshtan from Russia. In Cali is also the President of EBC - Marcin Krzeminski who, as a board member of World Confederation of Billiard Sports, is responsible for anti-doping issues.

The representatives of Polish Billiard Association - Grzegorz Kedzierski and Marcin Krzeminski attended the meeting with the President of Poland - Bronislaw Komorowski.
The representatives of Poland on World Games were invited to the Presidential Palace. According to the olympic tradition the President wished them successes and gave national flag. The President of the city of Wroclaw - host city of the World Games 2017 proposed a cooperation with sport associations four yeras before the event. Unfortunatelly no one billiard player from Poland got to the tournament which will take place in Colombia in July. Marcin Krzeminski, as a member of the board of World Confederation od Billiard Sports, will go to Cali. He will be responsible for supervising the anti-doping controls.
Cristian Gindać from Romania became the winner of third tournament in cycle of Dynamic Best of the East 2013 played on 13-14.07.2013 in Burgas.
The Billiard Club KEIGHT hosted an international tournament for juniors in Trencin. It was attended by 35 players from Poland, The Czech Republic and Slovakia. The winner was Kamil Sząszor (PL), who beat Bohdan Ivanets ( CZ) 6:5.
International pyramid tournament finished with the victory of Vadim Polevoi, performing under the flag of the German national team. It sounds extremely exotic, but it's a fact - Russian billiard continues to march across the Europe due to the European Billiard Council and a series of EBC Pyramid Tour tournaments organized by it.
