First Slovakian Pyramid Championships were played on the 28 December in Luna hotel in Martin (Slovakia).

In general pool players took part in the competition. Jozef Lisik from Alpia Martin became the winner. Marek Potas from Alpia Martin took the second place and Roman Michac also from Alpia Martin took the third place. The winner and the runner up will represent Slovakia in EEBC Pyramid Tour tournament in Germany. Tournament in Slovakia was the first event organized together by EEBC, IPC and SBA. Before that EEBC had supported Slovakian player during world championships in Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
