EPBF has organized the first tournament for players in age between 19-23. The idea invented by billiard federations from Eastern Europe came alive. It is a pitty that Willingen, which is placed far from the airports and billiard centers, was chosen as a venue. It is obvious that much more players would come if the tournament was played in different location. Lars Kuckherm from Germany became the winner. He will attend all Euro-Tour events next year at no cost for him. Tobias Hoiss can chose three events, while Ivo Aarts and Marco Dorenburg can attend one event of their choice.
