Marcin Krzeminski - the President of EBC met the presidents of world's snooker. The meeting took place in Sofia during IBSF World Championships. International Billiard & Snooker Federation was choosing its board in Bulgaria.

Jim Leacy from Ireland, who got 2 voices more than Guillaume Pascal, became the President. Jason Ferguson - the chairman of WPBSA (World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association) was observing the course of the election. Marcin Krzeminski was talking with him about the promotion of billiard sport, World Games and anti-doping issue. Marcin Krzeminski, together with Samuel Koniar (the President of Slovakian Billiard Federation), met also Mohammed Kammah - the secretary of World Confederation of Billiard Sports.
